چکیده
یکی از مهم‌ترین برنامه‌های فرهنگی، هنری و تربیتی که هر سال باید در آموزش و پرورش پیگیری و اجرا شود سرود همسُرایان فجر انقلاب اسلامی ایران است. در قسمت‌هایی مختلف از این سرود ملی و مذهبی، به دلاوری‌ها و پاسداری‌های شهدای انقلاب اسلامی ایران اشاره شده است. این فعالیت مدرسه‌ای، همان‌طور که از نامش پیداست سرودی به شکل اجرای گروهی است که باید در روز 22 بهمن، به صورت زنده اجرا شود و این کار نیاز به برنامه‌ریزی، دقت، زمان، هزینه و صدالبته هماهنگی و تلاش کلیه مسئولین اجرایی دارد که مهم‌ترین آن‌ها مربیان پرورشی و سپس دانش‌آموزان هستند. شرایط اولیه نشان داد که متأسفانه دانش آموزان نسبت به این مهم بی‌تفاوت بودند در بررسی‌های صورت گرفته از طریق پرسش و پاسخ، پرسش‌نامه و مصاحبه با دانش آموزان از دلایل بی‌انگیزگی آن‌ها آگاهی کسب شد که مهم‌ترین آن‌ها عبارت‌اند از: عدم وجود مربی پرورشی به تعداد کافی در مدارس موردنظر، مشکلات سیستم‌های صوتی، عدم اطلاع از اهمیت و تأثیر سرود همسُرایان فجر، عدم مشارکت عوامل اجرایی مدرسه، عدم وجود سرودهای مناسب و نزدیک از نظر محتوا و هم آهنگ با سرود همسُرایان فجر. درنهایت پس از انجام اقدامات مناسب در مدرسه نظیر برنامه‌ریزی زمانی دقیق، تشکیل ستاد اجرایی سرود همسُرایان فجر، تهیه امکانات لازم و کافی، تأکید بر حضور حداکثری عوامل و انجام تمرینات منظم و کلاس‌های آموزشی مرتبط با سرود همسُرایان فجر، دانش آموزان نسبت به اجرای سرود همسُرایان فجر انقلاب اسلامی ایران، علاقه‌مند شدند و میزان کارآیی و اثربخشی آن تا حد قابل‌ملاحظه‌ای در جهت اشاعه فرهنگ مقاومت، ایثار و شهادت که از مضامین اصلی این سرود است، افزایش پیدا کرد.

One of the most important cultural, artistic and educational programs that should be followed up and implemented every year in education is the hymn of the singers of Fajr of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. In different parts of this national and religious anthem, the bravery and protection of the martyrs of the Islamic Revolution of Iran have been mentioned. This school activity, as its name suggests, is a hymn in the form of a group performance that must be performed live on 22 Bahman (Februray11), and this work requires planning, accuracy, time, cost, and of course, the coordination and efforts of all executive officials. The most important of them are the educators and then the students. The initial conditions showed that, unfortunately, the students were indifferent to this matter. In the investigations conducted through questions and answers, questionnaires and interviews with the students, we learned about the reasons for their lack of motivation, the most important of which are: the absence of a teacher. Sufficient education in the schools in question, problems with sound systems, lack of knowledge about the importance and impact of Fajar Hamsorayan hymns, lack of involvement of the school's executive staff, lack of suitable and close hymns in terms of content and in tune with Fajr Hamsorayan hymns. Finally, after taking appropriate measures in the school, such as: accurate time planning, formation of the executive headquarters of Hamsorayan Fajr hymn, provision of necessary and sufficient facilities, emphasizing the maximum presence of agents and conducting regular exercises and training classes related to Fajr Hamsorayan hymn, students The singers of Fajr of the Islamic Revolution of Iran became interested in the performance of the anthem, and its efficiency and effectiveness increased to a considerable extent in the direction of spreading the culture of resistance, sacrifice and martyrdom, which are the main themes of this anthem.
