Insight and knowledge of the enemy are among the concepts that have been taken into consideration in the Qur'an and hadiths, and the intelligence of the believer and his knowledge of the enemy are emphasized, and knowledge of the enemy is necessary to deal with the enemy. After the victory of the Islamic revolution and with the beginning of holy defense, a significant part of Imam Khamenei's statements is devoted to the field of enemy studies and defense thoughts. Bushehr province is a region in the southwest of Iran that has always been the focus of foreigners throughout history. In the meantime, the British government, as the most aggressive government, intended to conquer the fertile province of Bushehr; But the brave men of Bushehri, who rose from the hearts of the people, prevented them from dominating this region. One of these warriors who formed a popular uprising against the British during the constitutional era was Raees Ali Delwari. The article aims to analyze the characteristics of Raees Ali Delwari's culture of enmity in the thoughts of Imam Khamenei in order to understand the basics of enmity. The findings show that Raees Ali Delwari is a famous and militant character who is known as a symbol of struggle and resistance against colonialism and arrogance in contemporary history against the aggressors to the south of the country. His struggle, which took place during the First World War (constitutionalism) according to the fatwas of Shia scholars, is a prominent example of resistance against colonialism and shows his deep anti-enmity vision, which Imam Khamenei has mentioned many times in his speeches.
