چکیده
ارزش‌های حاکم در هر جامعه‌ای متأثر از باورهای دینی، اسطوره‌ای، فرهنگی و ملی آن است، دوران دفاع مقدس متأثر از آموزه‌های دینی به‌ویژه قرآن شکل یافته بود، فرهنگ دینی و شهادت‌طلبی به‌عنوان هدف مشترک عموم مردم و عامل پیروزی در جنگ تحمیلی شد، اعتماد راسخ به باورهای دینی، از مهم‌ترین عوامل مؤثر در سلامت روان و عزت‌نفس افراد بوده است، اساس جنگ نرم و هجمه‌های فرهنگی عامل تضعیف ارزش‌ها و باورهای دینی است به‌علاوه اهداف اصلی این طرح تخلیه فرهنگی و از بین بردن آداب اسلامی و سنن جامعه است و مهم‌ترین هجمه در بُعد فرهنگی و سیاسی رخ می‌دهد، برای دستیابی و تسلط کامل، از طریق مخاطب شناسی، با روش علمی و روانی به انجام می‌رسد و بدون مقاومت و حساسیت این تغییرات محقق می‌گردد، ضرورت حفظ ارزش‌های معنوی و فرهنگی دفاع مقدس و مقابله با تهاجم فرهنگی ایجاب می‌نماید تا برنامه‌های مُدوّن و منظمی طراحی و اجرا گردد. لذا ترویج فضائل اخلاقی و گسترش فرهنگ معنوی دفاع مقدس در راستای اهداف و منافع کشور ضروری است، هویت بخشی و عزت‌نفس از مهم‌ترین این برنامه‌ها بوده تا جوانان جایگاه و موقعیت خود را در جامعه دریابند و در امور جاری کشور مشارکت داشته باشند، نسل جوان سرمایه و نیروی فعال کشور است با پر نمودن خلأهای موجود، بها دادن به قشر جوان و ایجاد انگیزه به آنان مانع هرگونه نفوذ و مداخله بیگانگان در کشور می‌گردد.

The values that are predominant in every society are under its national, cultural, mythical and religions believes. Holly defences periods are under religions doctorine, specially Quran.Religious culture and ask for martyrdom became as common aim of public and element of success in imposed war. Firm confidence to eligious believes was the most important element in sanity and self-regard of people.The basis of soft war and cultural spate is the element of altenuation of values and religious believes.Moreover main aims of this plan is cultural discharge and destroy the Islamic customs of society and the most important spate happen in cultural and political aspects.For access and absolute dominance accomplish from cognition of interlocutor with psychological and scientific method and without resistance and sensibility actualize this variations. The neccessity of protection the cultural and spiritual values of holy defence and cultural invasion necessitate until formulate and methodical programs design and run so propagation of moral excellence and spread spiritual culture of holy defence is essential in along the profits of country. Give identity and self regard was of the most important plans of this. Until the young find their position and location in society and participate in routine affair. The young are asset and manpower of country with filling the extant vacuum Prize to young and creation the motivation to them is blocking for permeation and intervention of foreigns in country.
