The main purpose of this research is the effects of crying on the martyrs (shahidan (from the point of view of Islam. The research method is of Basic type, which is in library form, with a reliable tool, such as the Holy Quran, Fourteen Masum's Speech, Ahadith, or narrations, commentators’ comments, researchers, and Islamic scholars took place.The working method was as follows: first, the words cry, crying, tears, tears and mustaches, mourning, killing and martyrs were discussed and some similarities or differences between them were expressed. Then the word "martyr" was analyzed. Various meanings have been proposed for the word martyr, and who is called a martyr in Islam was investigated. So, the main question of crying over the martyr was answered by referring to the tool.  The findings as follows: according to the Holy Quran, crying over a martyr) shahidan( is a sign of a person's perfection and understanding the truth and the real purpose of a martyr. It is also a sign of humility and physical and mental politeness that a person has in front of a martyr and his truth. The society should learn from the martyr and Testimony lesson People's feelings take the shape and color of that martyr's feelings. Crying over the martyr, participating in his epic, and harmony with his soul and agreeing with his cheerfulness and moving in his wave.  The result is that crying over the martyr is keeping the movement alive and crying for martyrs (Shahidan) gives peace to the hearts.
