Abstract
The 9th and 10th governments came to office with the slogan of establishing justice and reducing the class gap among the people of Iran. The most important project of this government was the implementation of the Mehr housing project regarding the provision of housing for the less privileged sections of the society. For this reason, the current research was conducted regarding the answer to this question; Can the Mehr housing project be fully evaluated in line with the implementation of social justice? This article is done qualitatively and using descriptive-analytical method. The results of this research showed that the Mehr housing project was implemented due to the high cost of land, especially around big cities, and this also caused spatial segregation. Despite the fact that Mehr housing has modern appearances, the results of this research show that the social atmosphere of these areas is mostly made up of the less privileged classes of the society. therefore; In the future, we may be faced with a modern type of marginalization, because the concentration of the huge strata of the lower social class in these areas leads to the reproduction of the social class and ultimately leads to the reproduction of unequal structures.
