The research method is based on the purpose; applied and in terms of nature is descriptive-survey.Data ghathering metod is Field-library and and the tool for gathering information is the questionnaire of Alturism and martyrdom with 13 questions(with demensions God-centered, people-oriented, good action, not belonging to the world) and Kadiurz(2017) professional ethics questionnaire with 22 questions. The findings of the research using the correlation and the regression test showed that the culture of social Alturism and its dimensions have a significant effect on the development of professional ethics in the employees of the Ministry of Education and Development. In other words with reinforcement of the culture of Alturism and Witness with demensions for example God-centered, people-oriented, good action, not belonging to the worldcan be witnessed development of professional ethics in employee of Education and Development of tehran city.   هدف مقاله پیش‌رو، شناخت میزان تأثیر فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت بر توسعه اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آموزش‌وپرورش شهر تهران است که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و فرمول کوکران تعداد 196 نفر از افراد این جامعه انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف؛ کاربردی و ازلحاظ ماهیت؛ توصیفی ـ پیمایشی است. روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه ایثار و شهادت به تعداد 13 سؤال (با ابعاد؛ خدامحوری، مردم‌داری، عمل صالح، عدم تعلق به دنیا) و پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه‌ای کادیورز (2017) به تعداد 22 سؤال است. یافته‌های پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی و رگرسیون نشان داد که فرهنگ ایثار اجتماعی و ابعاد آن بر توسعه اخلاق حرفه‌ای در کارکنان آموزش‌وپرورش شهر تهران تأثیر معنادار دارد. به عبارتی با تقویت فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت و ابعادی مثل خدامحوری، مردم‌داری، عمل صالح و عدم تعلق به دنیا و آخرت‌گرایی می‌توان شاهد توسعه اخلاق حرفه‌ای در کارکنان آموزش‌وپرورش شهر تهران بود. https://www.shahedeandisheh.ir/article_159938_02aed4eb9dd2f5b16d7243c272378269.pdf
