The statistical population is all teachers and parents of special schools (Nemooneh, Shahed, and Tizhooshan) girls in Bushehr's first high school in the academic year 1399-1399; According to official statistics, there are 80 people. The research method is descriptive-correlational and Delphi. The research tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. Descriptive statistical methods such as frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistical methods of Pearson correlation coefficient and multi-factor regression of Intermodel were examined. The findings showed that 5 components of jihadi management selected by research experts are related to the popularity of Sardar Soleimani, and among the many components of jihadi management from the perspective of the supreme leader of the revolution, in the popularity of Sardar Soleimani according to T and Beta values, respectively, the dimensions of service with intention Godly, expertise, knowledge and tact, passion for service and the spirit of serving unconditionally, insight and not neglecting the existence of the enemy, continuity and perseverance in work have the first to fifth priorities.<br />  هدف اصلی از انجام پژوهش پیش‌رو بررسی رابطۀ مؤلفه‌های مدیریت جهادی بیانات مقام معظم رهبری در محبوبیت سردار سلیمانی و اولویت‌بندی آن‌ها است. جامعۀ آماری، کلیۀ دبیران و اولیای مدارس خاص (تیزهوشان، شاهد و نمونه) دخترانه مقطع متوسطه اول شهر بوشهر در سال تحصیلی 99-98 است؛ که بنا بر آمار رسمی، 80 نفر است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع دلفی و همبستگی است. ابزار پژوهش، دو پرسشنامه‌ محقق ساخته است. از روش‌های آمار توصیفی مانند درصد فراوانی، میانگین، انحراف استاندارد و روش‌ آمار استنباطی ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند عاملِ مدل اینتر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که 5 مؤلفه از مؤلفه‌های مدیریت جهادی منتخب خبرگان پژوهش با محبوبیت سردار سلیمانی رابطه دارند و از میان مؤلفه‌های متعدد مدیریت جهادی از دیدگاه رهبر معظم انقلاب در محبوبیت سردار سلیمانی با توجه به مقادیر تی و بتا به ترتیب ابعاد خدمت با نیت الهی، تخصص، علم و درایت، شوق خدمت و روحیه خدمت‌گزاری بی‌منت، بصیرت و عدم غفلت از وجود دشمن، تداوم و استقامت در کار دارای اولویت‌های اول تا پنجم می‌باشند.<br />  https://www.shahedeandisheh.ir/article_155451_18db8dc6f18fc43477575daa03ef9705.pdf
