Journal Article 2019 09 01 expanding the culture of self-sacrifice requires identifying effective variables in this area. managing these relationships requires an in-depth understanding of the factors that influence their formation, the main purpose of which is research. the research process consisted of four phases: identification, structural formulation, analysis of variables and determination of key variables. therefore, by referring to scientific experts and also using structural analysis of cross-effects with mickmack software, 20 variables were identified in the postmodern model and analyzed to determine key variables for future management of each other's relationships. accordingly, among the 20 variables, "martyrdom" as proponents and variables as "doing religious rites", "the role of the university in promoting religiosity", "sustainability of values", "religious behavior", "basiji thinking" the key variables are those that are most capable of managing to develop a culture of self-sacrifice and resistance. گسترش فرهنگ ایثار مستلزم شناسایی متغیرهای مؤثر در این حوزه است. مدیریت این روابط نیازمند کسب درکی عمیق از پیشران‌های تأثیرگذار بر شکل‌گیری آن بوده که هدف اصلی تحقیق بر این استوار شده است. فرایند تحقیق مشتمل بر چهار فاز شناسایی، صورت‌بندی ساختاری، تحلیل متغیرها و تعیین متغیرهای کلیدی بود؛ بنابراین، با مراجعه به خبرگان علمی و نیز استفاده از روش تحلیل ساختاری اثرات متقاطع با نرم‌افزار میک‌مک، تعداد 20 متغیر در قالب الگوی پستل شناسایی و برای تعیین متغیرهای کلیدی با هدف مدیریت آینده روابط فیمابین تحلیل گردید. بر این اساس از بین متغیرهای 20 گانه، «شهادت‌طلبی» به‌عنوان پیشران و متغیرهایی چون «انجام مناسک دینی»، «نقش دانشگاه در ترویج دینداری»، «پایداری از ارزش­ها»، «رفتار دینی»، «تفکر بسیجی» متغیرهای کلیدی آن هستند که بیشترین قابلیت را در اعمال مدیریت در جهت گسترش فرهنگ ایثار و مقاومت دارند. https://www.shahedeandisheh.ir/article_127799_8e5c71ab592b72931fc8a293ed8039dd.pdf
