چکیده

با نگاهی به مقولۀ توسعه، می‌توان فرهنگ را محیط مهمی برای توسعۀ اقتصادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی دانست که ارزش‌ها و هنجارهای فرهنگی با تحت تأثیر قرار دادن دیگر ابعاد توسعه، خود نیز مسیر توسعه را بهتر می‌پیمایند و با ارتباط شایسته با بخش­های مختلف جامعه، امکان تحقق توسعۀ پایدار را فراهم می­سازند. توسعۀ همه‌جانبه، برآیند رشد متوازن تمام عناصر جامعه است که این عناصر با کارکرد متناسب و ارتباط مؤثر با یکدیگر در جهت اهداف مادی و غیرمادی توسعه موجب رشد و تعالی جامعه می‌شوند. توسعۀ فرهنگی به دنبال تغییر در حوزه‌های ادراکی، شناختی، ارزشی و گرایش انسان‌ها در شئون فردی و اجتماعی شکل می‌گیرد. ایثار در مال و جان، ارزشی قابل‌توجه در فرهنگ‌ها محسوب می‌شود. امروزه با توجه به نقش بنیادین فرهنگ در زندگی اجتماعی انسان در حوزۀ توسعه، اشاعه فرهنگ ایثار در توسعۀ فرهنگی قابل‌تأمل به نظر می‌رسد. این پژوهش کیفی با استناد به منابع موجود، درصدد توصیف فرهنگ ایثار و نقش آن در تحقق توسعۀ فرهنگی صورت گرفته و نتیجه مبین آن است که فرهنگ و عناصر آن به‌شدت بر فرایند توسعه تأثیرگذارند و تحقق توسعۀ فرهنگی نیازمند رشد و گسترش فرهنگ ایثار به معنی ازخودگذشتگی در مال و جان اعضای جامعه است. ازاین‌رو تقویت و اشاعه فرهنگ ایثار نقش مهمی در تحقق توسعۀ فرهنگی جامعه دارد. تأکید بر رشد ارزش‌های انسانی به‌موازات رشد مؤلفه‌های مدیریتی، مالی، علمی و فنّاوری در جامعه، مسیر تحقق توسعه فرهنگی را هموارتر می‌سازد.

Looking at the issue of development, we can consider culture as an important environment for economic, political and social development. Cultural values and norms grow better by influencing different sectors of development. Culture in connection with different parts of the society, enable the realization of sustainable development. Sustainable development means the balanced growth of all elements of society. The function and effective communication of different parts of the society with the material and non-material goals of development leads to the growth and excellence of the society. Cultural development is formed after changes in the perceptual, cognitive and value affairs of humans in individual and social sectors. Self-sacrifice in life and property are valuable in cultures. Considering the fundamental role of culture in human social life in the field of development, the spread of the culture of self-sacrifice in cultural development seems to be considered. This qualitative research, based on the available sources, tries to describe the culture of self-sacrifice and its role in the realization of cultural development. The result of this research shows that culture and its elements strongly influence the development process. In order to realize cultural development, it is necessary to spread the culture of self-sacrifice among the members of the society. Therefore, strengthening and spreading the culture of self-sacrifice has an important role in the cultural development of the society. Emphasis on the growth of human values along with the growth of managerial, financial, scientific and technological sectors is necessary for the realization of cultural development.
