This practical research was carried out with the aim of analyzing and validating the structure of the culture of self-sacrifice and martyrdom questionnaire along with the report of its factorial validity and reliability among nurses. The research method is descriptive correlation type. The statistical population includes 700 nurses in Isfahan hospitals, of which 248 were selected as a statistical sample based on the table of Karjesi and Morgan (1970) using proportional random sampling. The researcher made a questionnaire as a research tool. The method of data analysis was exploratory factor analysis, confirmation and internal consistency using SPSS version 23 and Amos version 24 software. The findings of exploratory factor analysis showed six factors for the structure of this test, which together accounted for 73.41% of the variance of the total data. Based on the results of the first and second stages, the initial questionnaire was given to 30 members of the panel group, and the face and content validity was checked quantitatively and qualitatively, and the CVR and CVI values were 0.62 and 0.91, respectively. After discarding irrelevant items, these values increased to 0.69 and 0.95. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the six-factor model had an acceptable fit with the data. Also, Cronbach's alpha coefficients in the subscales were between 0.74 and 0.92, which indicated the acceptable internal consistency of the questionnaire. The results indicate that based on the presented model, this questionnaire with six factors and 28 items can be a suitable tool for measuring the factors or components of the culture of sacrifice and martyrdom among the nursing community, and based on Friedman's test, the component of strengthening the spirit of martyrdom and self-sacrifice from a higher rank and Responsibility and self-efficacy can have a lower rank among nurses.
